I called first to see if they sold wingette’s which is the flat section of the wing. I was told that they did and that they sold them frozen in 2kg bags.
My husband purchased 2 bags. Upon inspection it looked like they we all small drumsticks (legs) or possibly big drumette’s (the upper section of the wing) so we took them back and we were told that there was a mixture (no tips) so approx 1/2 wingettes 1/2 drumette’s, so we bought another bag.
We thawed them in preparation to marinate and cook them and discovered that out of 6kg there was only SIX wingette’s!!
I will never go back there again!
The old gentleman there needs to enlighten himself with the terminology as well. I can’t believe in his 40 years he’s never heard of the names of the different sections of the wing..and he didn’t want to know about anything. Lied to my face. So annoyed.

Spent 400dollers on meat well scotch cooked two slices was as hard as old leather boot before people tell me can't cook I'm butcher so I know how too cook....if that is best they can supply and sell not know how been open for 40years in my opinion 2stars best I could give that place for quality

Product are 5 STAR, Laurie refuses to offer anything but the best. Try Woy Woy Poultry you will not be disappointed. And by the way...it's not only poultry! You will find beef, lamb and other range of products.
