I recently went in to buy a competitor’s UTV priced at over $10,000 more but ended up meeting the team at Wright Motorcycles at Murrumbateman field days. Their team was welcoming, honest, and genuinely caring, which ultimately led me to purchase a CFMOTO UTV from them. Today, when I went to pick it up, the experience was even better than expected.

The team took the time to go through every feature of the UTV, ensuring I was comfortable and confident with the product. The mechanic even came out personally to confirm I was satisfied, helping me load it onto my trailer and going over key parts and tie-downs to make sure everything was secure and safe for transport.

The extra care and attention made it clear that they prioritise their customers’ satisfaction. To top it off, they were also cooking a smoked pork lunch for their team today (Friday) - a sign of a business that values and supports their staff, which ultimately reflects in how they treat their customers. Wright motorcycles provided an excellent experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Highly recommend them!

Can't comment on the actual service provided, as there was none. We were booked in to have our ride on mower fixed, however when the owner turned up to pick it up, he couldn't get it started (was flooded), and then he stated he did not want to work on it, packed up his ramps and drove off. Was clearly not in a good mood when he turned up, was so rude, would not go back to this business again.

Just purchased a new CF moto quad from Wrights - purchased from them due to my son purchasing one last year and having very positive experience and great service. Chose Wright even though they are over two hours from my home - other dealers closer. Did this for two reasons - I think it is a great practice to spend money in country towns(as opposed to the city) and due to my sons very positive experience with Wrights. I wasn't disappointed - office staff (I think Ann-Marie is the ladies name) friendly - good old fashioned service - nothing was an issue. On pickup spent time with Marty just chatting about CF's and quads in general. Very Knowledgeable and again - just great country customer service. I will recommend them to my mates and anybody I hear is looking for great country service. Thanks Marty and Team - never lose that great country service touch. Cheers

Just bought our young fella a little sherco at Wright's. What an unreal team with the best customer service. Nothing was too much for them and they even assembled the bike for us. 10 out of bloody 10 for smiles, laughs and knowledge!

One star is being generous.
I pulled in on my motorcycle with the bike over reving. Entering the showroom there was no one to be seen. I left the showroom and walked around to one of their workshops. . I was told that they wouldn't have time to help. Unfortunately it was midday and they were at lunch. There was 4 staff in the back of that workshop and another 4 sitting outside of another.
Do your self a favour, if you ride a motorbike avoid Wright Motorcycles.

Awesome local business friendly with great stock and product knowledge. I went to a competitor in Goulburn on the same day safe to say I wont be returning to the Goulburn business any time soon. The difference was chalk and cheese.
