Every time an order is placed it is wrong. Ordered 2 special pens and get 5. Asked order to be cancelled back on the 21/12/2023 and they are still here and order not yet cancelled.
Then check another supplier and can get them for a tenth of the price. Always rediculously expensive. Always get told we be put on the "SPECIAL" price list which must be onlt 9 times more expensive than anyone else.
This is one of many isssues we always have with them and getting it resolved is alway a mission.
Last time I will ever deal with them.

I have never purchase a thing from this company but somehow a quote got put through the wrong system and I have spent years trying to have it removed. I call there accounts department only be told the local rep must remove it. I call the rep he says yes i'll remove it. Here we are with them send debt collector after us for items that were never sent. Incompetent does not begin to cover it!
