I have had earrings made , stones replaced in a bracelet and an earring ,my eternity ring rhodium plated and the claws repaired ,a bracelet enlarged and Rings resized and repaired for my daughters as well as buying a pair of pink sapphire earrings over the last 10 years with this jeweller and everything has been done beautifully and professionally every time.
I would recommend this jeweller and all the friendly helpful staff.

I had two bracelets repaired and cleaned with a week turnaround. I came back and hour and a half later to add a watch and they had already completed my original request and fixed my watch immediately. Great customer service and absolutely would recommend. I will be a repeat customer

Just received the worst customer service ever. I dropped 2 watches in to have the batteries replaced and was told it would take 30 mins. Went back 45 mins later to be told that they got busy after I left so they didn't even start on my watches. When I questioned why someone who came in after me was prioritised over me, I was told their 'customers' come first. Apparently I wasn't seen as a customer. No problem. I certainly won't ever be a customer in the future. They couldn't even be bothered phoning me to let me know.

I took in my 50 year old Swiss Sentinel watch to see if it could be repaired. My parents presented it to me when I was 12. 25 years ago I tried to have it repaired but that watch repairer could never get it’s time keeping true. I gave up and put it away.
So, 25 years to now. I thought why not have another go with a different repairer. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of my lovely mechanical watch keeping perfect time.

Very nice jewellers, the store has a great presentation and selection of jewellery. The staff are very professional and presented above expectations. I dropped off my 9 Carat Cuban Link chain for repairs and a clean.

Got refused their service simply because I went out getting quotes and initially went with another jeweller (who was much closer to where I lived).

Not 100% happy with what I got from the first jeweller, I came back to Wynnum Fine Jewellers hoping to get it fixed. Got taken a back when I was told.
“We gave you a quote, and I don’t want to do it” when I told him I initially went somewhere else first. No other questions asked.
I must have missed the boat where customers weren’t allowed to shop around.

Refraining from a 1 star because I had a pleasant initial consultation with the lady there.

As a long term customer I have purchased rings with diamond insert, my wedding ring and had 3 expensive watches serviced. Every time I have taken one of my $2000 + watches in something always returns BROKEN! and Unfixable! Yet I contact manufacturer and the “issues” are nonexistent! The owner name starts with A. Is rude and arrogant! Save your self the money, you are only a number!
