I brought a big Canvas from a well known Artist for stretching on a 4cm deep wooden Frame. The canvas was before shipment from Hawaii to Australia already on a 4cm deep Frame and the sides painted and folding marks still visible. I choosed together with one of the employees the frame and she took all the correct notes. As I drove more than an hour to pick it up I found it stretched on a cheaper 2cm frame. As this valuable painting already had the wholes from the pins inside it couldn't be put anymore on the correct 4cm frame (the sides couldn't be repainted as I waxed the painting already to protect it). They offered me to put it on a 3cm frame instead what I agreed and did it at the same day what is nice. But the frame they did is slightly smaller so the painting goes now on each side 0.5-1cm over the edge meaning the painting is not fully visible. Result is for example the finger on one painted hand on the painting at one side are touching the end where it shouldn't as the other hand doesn't. The good thing is the stuff is friendly and was regretful and helpful to do it the same day and but this shouldn't happen. Especially as the cost for stretching the Canvas 75 × 79.5cm (should have been 76 x 81cm) was $169 what isn't cheap but I would have happily paid the originally ordered wider, bigger and 4cm deep frame if it was done correct. I hope I am the only one experiencing this. As said otherwise the people are friendly and the shop seems to be busy.

I can’t express well enough how impressed we are with Yandina Art & Framing. In all, we went back and got 6 pictures framed that we’d gathered over the years and were thrilled with the results. Especially the one extremely large precious piece that we thought would be impossible but Mitch and Sophie are champions and it is PERFECT. Thank you so much Bill you have an awesome team.

The speed, care and passion they showed to get these complete with a limited time frame was beyond incredible.
