A small park that is basic, old and dated but the amenities were kept really clean if your not to precious. It was nice and quiet at night. Level sites with slab. An easy walk back into town. Plenty of sites to stay hooked up and is fine for a short visit to Yass or an overnight stop. Very reasonably priced and current management friendly.

Came here as a short stay for a couple of nights in between 2 other places and what a lovely caravan park it is. Has all you need with shops and a public pool within walking distance. Sites are big and the communal amenities clean and tidy. Lovely park management. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend by us

A lovely little park with clean amenities and great hot showers with good water pressure. Friendly and helpful owners. Pet friendly with terrific walks nearby. Also a leash free park just up the road. Close to shops with a great pizza place across the road,

Very clean park. Plenty of sites to suit variety of needs.
Clean facilities and easy access to local wine region.
Would like to see the workers using cabins here slow down accessing the park grounds. Other than that - all good!

We have stayed at this park many times, however this stay was interupted on the Sunday by the noise of many barking muts.|Despite asking the managers if they could do something nothing appeared to be done. Two local erchins came through and messed in one of the male toilet stalls. | |Also we could not do laundry on the first day, as the local laundrette was out of action, and the park allowed locals to use all the washing machines, go figure.||Now on the positive side. The Ameneties are kept tidy and clean not withstanding the local trogs. The sites are large and tidy. Easy walk to the town centre||This park lost stars because of the number of muts. If you don't like pan lickers I would suggest you find another town.||We always spend big in Yass, but after this stay we will no longer come to yass to stay.||And thats a shame.||I hope things will change.

A very small park..a little dated but very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. They provided us with helpful info re where to eat and getting to town etc..walkable if you are young or fit. Courtesy bus to one club in town. Only problem was..no tv reception..only via the net. Free wifi is not really enough for streaming tho. I hotspotted via mu Telstra phone net.

Sites clean and tidy and access to laundry facilities were good. Night lights excellent however showers are not in good condition. Broken tiles and mouldy. Needs updating. Toilets ok

Very expensive. $40 for 1 night, so I went and stayed at Joe O'Connor park, for FREE, toilets across the street... Then up to beautiful Yass Showground, $25 per night, water and electricity.
