Paid $160 for replacement of glass on a cedar window.
They take full money first and then they never refund.
They told me to go and find the molding on this window as they dont have it.
So I have end it up pay $160 and do it by my self what a rip off.

Very poor experience with Dale. Originally was supposed to come in on Thu afternoon to measure and deliver a mirror splashback on friday. Partner took the day off to accommodate. Checked the night before and it was all good to go. Get a txt at 2.45pm for a 3-4.30pm appointment that he cannot make it and needed to reschedule for friday. Message him on Thu evening at 6.14pm to re-confirm and says he now cannot do it. Then says he will have to txt in the morning to see if he can make it. This now means another day to take off. Then txt's back and suggests I go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and gives tradies a bad name. I would suggest staying clear of these chaps.
