Yvette remade a beautiful bracelet my late dad gave to me. I’ve never been able to wear it due to its fragility. Yvette strengthened, cleaned, and made improvements to the bracelet and I can now wear it and honour my beautiful dad whom I miss terribly. I cannot thank Yvette enough! Living in the NT, I struggled to find anyone who would help bring my jewellery vision to life—until I found her. My nanna fossicked these sapphires herself, and entrusted them to me to have something special made. When Australia Post temporarily lost them, I was devastated—but Yvette went above and beyond, even sourcing replacement stones just in case.

Thankfully, the sapphires were found, and I was over the moon. The finished pieces are absolutely stunning—more beautiful than I imagined. Yvette listened so carefully to all my ideas and communicated throughout the entire process. She truly cared, and it shows in every detail.

My nanna has since mentioned she has a few more sapphires, and without a doubt, I’ll be returning to Yvette for future pieces. Exceptional service, incredible craftsmanship, and such a warm and trustworthy person to work with. Highly recommend!
