Lousy service. The woman who took my order was impatient with me and I felt she just wanted me to go away. "Won't be long" but I waited outside and nothing was brought out. Not table service? That's OK really but I waited outside to see how they would handle my situation. Nothing at all... after about 20 minutes I left and will never go back. Can't rate the coffee or food since I never got it.

Firstly I came through dive through with my partner and best friend and ordered an iced latte with vanilla, and an iced matcha with vanilla and strawberry wipe cream. When given to us my matcha didn’t have the cream so I told them and they did that for me. And then when we left we noticed that both of them didn’t have vanilla syrup at all. Like why ask if you’re not gonna put it in? Sick of paying for extra stuff when ever given to me.

Have been fortunate to have visited this coffee shop, once or twice before.
Great shop, and as like other Zaraffa coffee shops, they have a great selection of hot, cold and iced beverages to suit nearly all tastes and at very reasonable prices.
The service and staff here were excellent, very happy and more than helpful.
This store also boasts a nice undercover outdoor seating area and drive thru.
Located in a large food court/plaza type area with multiple eateries that line/surround a large outdoor parking area.
Access is excellent via Warwick road and Leonard street.
Well worth a visit.

Best coffee I’ve ever tried, I’m sure this is a qld secret… new to the state I’ve never tried before… do not come here if you want amazing coffee do not come here if you want consistent, or great service lol you will be back

Absolutely horrible service
Firstly the girl who served me at the window rolled her eyes at me when I said “sorry, not card haha. I’m paying cash :)”

*Smiley face because I smiled ^*

She was inconvenienced having to scan my zarrafas barcode (membership)

After payment she immediately turned her back to me to continue a conversation with the barista (that she so clearly felt I had interrupted by going through the drive through)
They were gossiping about their weekend, at the window..
I ordered
Two drinks and two food items

1x tall peach iced tea
1x tall mint choc fusion (no ice cream, no whipped cream & on soy milk)
1x cheese ciabatta with extra cheese
1x smashed avocado ciabatta with extra avocado & NO FETA
I had told the person at speaker box (young male) that I was allergic to feta so absolutely no feta please and he was very polite and friendly.

As the girls were gossiping away, I noticed two drinks and a paper bag sitting on the bench for a few minutes -

I then said
“Sorry excuse me! :)) * emphasis on the smile*
Is that some of the order? 🙂 * I couldn’t have smiled any harder* “

She then turned around enough only to roll her eyes AGAIN (eye roll count pending) and then grabbed the items and passed them to me.

I said Thankyou, blah blah

And then I opened the avo one (I always check just incase) and said “hey! So sorry, I just need this made again because there’s some feta and I’m allergic”

She then proceeded to roll her eyes AGAIN, yes folks. AGAIN. And said exactly this

Her: “there’s no feta on it “

Her: *eyebrow raise / dirty look *

Her: *is holding it in the air like its simba*

Me: “yes there is, I know it’s not a lot but like I said I’m allergic so can you please make a new one”

Her: “there’s no feta”

Her: * laughs, eyebrow raise * (you know the look)

Me: “ can you pass it back please and I’ll show you”

Her: *passes it back*

Me: * points to feta”

Me: “see here, you can see the white”

Her: “there’s literally the tiniest speck”

Me: “again, I’m allergic to feta, there’s also a chive or shallot on here that isn’t meant to be, I ordered no feta..”

Her: “ FINE, I’ll remake it “

She then took almost 10 mins to “remake” what genuinely looked like a mess. Less avo than before, I paid for extra and there was a normal amount so it was dry. The avo was melted and runny which made me think she has actually just scraped the original avo, put it in the toaster thing (with avo on it) and handed it back to me.

And here’s the best bit. There was more “specks” of feta.

Now I’ve taken the effort to write this because honestly I came in the day before and the service was impeccable, food was great. They did however put feta on the day before but were Extremely apologetic and fixed the problem immediately. Without the gaslight and lack of empathy.

The avo amount was exactly as usual the day before too. So I had a recent experience to compare todays to. Also the fact that I came to this exact store for over 2.5 years every single day. Ordering the same thing if not then just differing drinks.

This girl needs a serious attitude adjustment and maybe to do some more learning modules on customer service.

Here’s some advice for free.
Problems and mistakes happen that is inevitable. The difference between a happy/satisfied customer and a disappointed/disgruntled customer is, when they do happen.. fix it with a smile & friendly demeanour. And most definitely APOLOGISE.
And if you’re going to then proceed to talk badly of a customer, wait until they’ve left.. or go into the back room.

Also to note. Under no circumstance did I at all, inconvenience you.. you actually inconvenienced me and lost your store what was a valued and consistent customer.

I won’t be coming back.
