Are you in for some fresh falafel? You can certainly find what you are looking for at the Hornsby Farmers Market on Thursdays. In addition to the falafel wrap and platter, the vendor offers various dips, appetisers and desserts as well with a huge smile!

Delicious falafels made from scratch and prepared fresh, not Frozen like a number of people do. You can really taste the difference, and when you try them, you can't go back - they are light and fluffy.

I also love their hummus, the baba ganoush made from eggplant and the roasted tahini cauliflower, a creation of them.

I definitely recommend 😍
